So I finally got my win yesterday and all was god dam perfect, till I went to bed and in the dark like a simpleton, tried to fumble the usb c charger in and accidentally got it in the hdmi port, the machine instantly shut down as a short will often have it do, freaking out I plugged in the usb PROPERLY this time, and it turned back on no issue, it seemed ok so I went to bed.

this morning upon turning it on im noticing the wifi isn't working and windows explorer.exe is refreshing itself once every 30 seconds or so (as in every open window shuts and the task bar refreshes)

I haven't done anything yet as maybe you guys have a simple solution, but I am going to try a fresh windows install if nothing else, I don't even know for sure if these issues are connected. though I cant imagine what else would have caused it.
