Gout flares back to back

I THOUGHT things were getting better. 400mg 2x away of allo and .6mg a day of colchicine. I went a while with light flares.
Now I have a flares that has been going on for 2 weeks, old tophie are getting bigger and a new one is growing.
I see the doc on the 25th.
