First flare on allo

After a month or so on allo, looks like my first flare has arrived. Just took the first initial dose of colchicine.
The fun part is that due to some other medical issues I’m having, I was told to only take the first day’s dose of colchicine and can’t take any tomorrow.
Hoping for a relatively smooth ride.
