Cool/cold sensation on foot/around big toe joint

I’ve been on allo just over 2 weeks now and currently have this odd cold/cool sensation around my big toe joint (where my gout flares up). Has anyone else experienced it?
It’s not painful or anything, just an odd sensation.
Almost like I’ve got one of those ice wraps from a physical therapist on (the cold water is pumped through a machine and through the wrap while you wear it).
