Best editing software for Windows RT?

Hey all, I recently got the Hero 4 Silver, and I was wanting to do some video/picture editing. But I only have access to a Microsoft Surface 2 with Windows RT, meaning I am limited to the Windows app store.
Have any of found a good video editing app on there?
