Hello guys, I got a Hero 11 recently and can't seem to record higher than 1080p for more than a minute. I formatted 2 cards: a samsung and a sandisk 256gb listed on the support site. I installed firmware manually instead of through the app. It will auto stop recording between 5-45 seconds. Any recommendations? Should I just return the 11 and get the 12?

Update: called go pro customer support and they are going to send this to their higher ups and get back to me within the week. They had me send a video of the issue and were just as baffled as I was. The test video they wanted was recording the GPH11 at 1080p 30fps. Might just return the 11 and get the 12
