Sorry if this has been asked before.. I just recently purchased a GoPro hero11. It took excellent footage. I am able to view the videos on Quik pro app and the gopro360 app. The only problem is I can’t view them on windows media player in my hp laptop. I tried on my macpro note book and the same result. It would not play in QuickTime. I understand I can just download the hvec extension for windows media player. The only problem is I was trying to share the videos with my co-workers and I would like for them to be able to watch the videos in any pc media players. So my question is, is there anyway I can convert my footage to the right player codecs so it’s not a waste of filming footage. And second in what setting do I need to adjust my hero11 gopro so it will take footage in a format any operating system can accept an view and this doesn’t happen again.
