Weird experience with customer service so far.....
Post Body

So I placed a large order (for me at least, was like 400$ total) and I received it all in 5 large packages, three of the packages where packaged well , everything was neat, organized and safe. But the other two were both badly damaged , broken candles, leaking soap, missing lids and cracked room sprays, broken lotions etc. no worries, I've had good experience with their CS before so I didn't hesitate to email and take lots of photos and sent those as well. Now I didn't want boxes with spilled product sitting on my floor so I cleaned it all up, threw out the boxes and packaged what I salvaged into my collection, thinking nothing of it, expecting them to just resend the broken items like they usually always do. They proceed to email me several times confused on what was damaged exactly and wanted a list of products, which I sent . I then got another email friday stating they wanted me to send all the broken product back... what? And said once they got it back they would resend everything?? I already cleaned it up , threw some away and repackaged broken candles, and tossed the boxes in the garbage as this was almost two weeks ago at this point. I was super surprised they asked me to send it back? And a bit annoyed, I requested just a refund at this point because I don't wanna go through the hassle of sending what I have left back ... anyone else dealt with something like this from CS? Am I wrong to be annoyed a bit? Thanks for reading.
