Problem Charting data output from a data logging device - date issue

I really appreciate any help. I have some date/time and temp/humd data that was output'ed by a log'ing device. I'd like to be able to insert a scatter plot of the data (or a subset - as it spans many days.) Also, there are two data loggers, hence two worksheets.

The times are basically the same, but a bit offset. I don't suppose it would be possible to overlay two timeseries datasets into one chart. I just haven't been able to figure that our as well.
