help creating multiple dependant drop downs

hi Im trying to make a sheet to track work orders and need to make 500 dependent drop downs and cant figure out a way to make the second drop down call the next row on the second sheet without manually editing them individually. is there a way i can edit it to do this or do i need to manually edit them?
