Performance testing / monitoring tools ?

I'm cleaning up a sheet that I use as a dashboard, and was wondering if there were any tools that the community recommends in order to test / monitor how my changes make on the overall performance.
I'd like to optimize as best I can any/all - just to speed it up overall.
FYI: For the sheet in question, I'm not using scripts - just a metric ton of arrayformula's though.
