Capitalize first letter of each word without capitalizing contractions?

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to use a function or code similar to PROPER() where it capitalizes the first letter of each word in a cell without also capitalizing the stuff after the apostrophe in a contraction.
E.g.
you're --> You're
NOT
you're --> You'Re
