What is this and why can I not purchase a subscription? I'm trying to buy Snapchat and it's just coming up with that message. I don't know what family manager is as this is my phone I bought it and I'm an adult so I have no clue whats happening or whether I've accidentally enabled something without noticing but how can I solve this?
