I do not have "require a conformation" turned on. I unlock my phone, like the tutorial says, then hold the phone to the scanner...it beeps, says failed, asks for a fingerprint, then tap again and it works?
Why can't I just unlock and tap like the app says I should be able to?
Possible Solution Found - the other day I went to pay, earlier in the day I turned off face recognition unlock and had it set on just using a pin or fingerprint to unlock. I pulled out my phone, unlocked with my fingerprint, tapped, and it worked the first time. Later, at the same store, I turned face recognition back on, unlocked with face, tapped, failed. So, maybe it's the face recognition. I'll try again over the next few days/purchases and see.
