Create (morning) alarm with "Good Morning Routine" w/o having to turn it on manually on touch screen

Pretty much self-explanatory in title, but how do you set an alarm, particularly for in the A.M. that activates the "Good Morning Routine," w/o having to turn that on manually on the touchscreen when the alarm is set and the menu comes up. What phrase would I use? Anytime I try to do it it just starts my good morning routine right then and there.... same for the sunrise alarm setting. What phrase is best/should be said?
