How do I stop controlling other homes?

Post Body

Hello, today I was home and kept telling google to turn off the side light. It said ok but my light never changed. I then remembered it’s actually called the nightstand light, and realized Google was turning on and off my parents side light because I am a member of their household.

My question is, how do I get this to stop without removing myself from their home? They aren’t as tech savvy so I need to stay connected to fix any issues that come up, but it seems pretty short sighted to automatically do a voice command on a separate home/wifi
