Anybody else having this issue? "Music paused here because it looks like you're listening on a Chromecast device"
I am sitting at work listing on my laptop. I upgraded to a family plan recently believing I can then listen on multiple devices at the same time. It appears like, but please correct me if I am wrong, that family plan is multiple accounts not multiple devices.
So if my wife listens on her phone and I listen on my laptop that is fine because we are using two accounts. If my kids then try to play music on one of my many Google Homes, because they are linked to my account I get playback stop.
It is also described by another user here: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/play/vxyPQ-elnfs;context-place=topicsearchin/play/category$3Amusic|sort:relevance|spell:false
This is really annoying and clearly a bug that Google need to fix. I have been told I can create a "Google Home" user to fix this, but I don't want a home user I want to use my account to calendars etc are correctly linked.
