Troubleshooting connection
Post Body

Hi all, I am new to Reddit so feel free to tell me the proper way to do this.

Quick lowdown, my mom thought she knew what she was doing and we can't figure out how to correct it. Previously we had the Best for our furnace which got a new furnace and came with their own thermostat so we are using that. She disconnected her device and did something through the phone (she doesn't really remember which is a whole other issue) but since then only her laptop does not connect to the Google Fiber wifi, every other device connects and has no issues.

I can't find any real troubleshooting instructions to try to fix this, I have disconnected and reconnected. Shut down everything. Cleared cache. Everything I possibly can think of but nothing.

What are my next steps here? I am even happy to try to call someone but I haven't figured out who to call. Any suggestions?
