Any docs that will ask me where I'm from and only let me see the information for that country?

Is that something google docs support?
Let's say we have 4 groups A,B,C,D, and each one has it students.
When you log in it prompts you as to what group you're in, Once you select the option it lets you add your contact information and shows you only the other contact information for those other groups.
You select B you can only see B group.
Is this possible in any way through google docs?
