What happened to the West Coast Zone

What happened to my server, was working perfectly for 4 months and then I get this message today.
"Failed to start instance-1-24cpu-120gb: A custom-24-122880 VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-west2-a zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation."
