Have got a duplicate survey on the Rewards app 5 times today. Bug?

All day I have got a survey asking about my previous search history. It asks if I have searched for one of five terms recently. I select the one I searched for (Spirit airlines) and then asks me how interested I am in "entirely blank" which I then choose "not at all interested". Each time I have answered the survey I get a reward and have gotten about a dollar in total from this survey today. Should I keep answering these things?
