Download Data Without Takeout?

Hi, I'm about to lose access to a school-issued email address since I'm graduating. Unfortunately the school blocks Google Takeout for some reason. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any alternative methods for downloading all of my data.
Unrelated, but does anyone know of a way I can verify that I am in ownership of the email for when I lose access? For example, I lose access to the email but need it to log in to a service using that email. Is there a way I can prove that I was the person who had control of the email?
