YouTube recommendation section not displaying videos (help)

I clicked a random set of buttons, and now the recommendation section isn't displaying anything. I tried clearing site cookies, and restarting my browser, and still no luck. Does anyone have a fix for this? Before this happened, a box popped up saying something about themes, and I accidentally clicked the create theme button.
