So I've started to use the labels and filters used in gmail to automatically sort my emails from my various classes for me, however I've hit a speedbump I was hoping someone might be able to help with.
I have a label for each of my classes listed on its own (aka for class Engineering 101, I have it listed as ENG 101) nested under a main label for all of my classes called classes. So that class up above would be listed as Classes/ENG 101 label. This label is applied automatically when someone sends me a message.
The problem however begins when I go to the inbox section in the settings for Gmail. I would like to put my Classes as a separate section for one of the inbox sections. However, when I put the Classes label as one of the inbox sections, nothing shows up in the inbox section, since no emails are directly in the classes label.
How can I fix this? I would like to have all of my classes show up as an inbox section, but thought that would work, but it apparently does not...
