Hello everyone I recently got into dressing better since early this year, and have lurked on many sites on top of Reddit. First I want to thank everybody including this subreddit, for helping me make rational decisions and elevating me to better dressing.

I finally saved up enough money to buy myself my first pair of good boots and I personally went to Thursday Boots company store in Manhattan to get the fit just right.

Now I measure 11.5, but have wide feet (just found out this year lol I'm 27yo). So my sneaker size jumps to 13 and most shoes I wear is 12, but I noticed on their website that they offered the Captain Boots in size E, which completely took my interest.

The store is small but humble, with a stairway that goes to the second floor for women's shoes. There a lot of guys happily walking around trying out their new boots, with their partners, my girlfriend included, sitting around waiting lol.

They gave me a fit pair of the captain boots in the size I was looking for, and my god they are the best fitting pair of any shoes I have ever worn, I am not exaggerating.

The boot slip-on with little to no resistance, my toe has just enough space at the top and my pinkie toe (which usually gets crushed with other shoes until they stretch out) fits real snuggly on the wall. I have little wiggle room, but nothing is tight as I do feel a tad bit slippage in my heel.

The problem was they didn't have the boots in my size as that was just a fit pair, but he did put order for it with free shipping to my house and I paid on the spot. Today I finally got it in the mail, and have compiled an album for you guys to see!
