Staying anonymous for obvious reasons but female Calgary members stay away from the Stephen Ave Club. In the past year there as been 3 employees quietly let go for sexual assault and harassment of both staff and members. The general manager was quietly fired last year for numerous reports of sexual harassment. He would constantly have the front desk girls sit on his lap and harass them in his office. He even went so far to bring some of his front desk girls out with his friends and strongly encourage them to sleep with his friends. The trainers are almost worse. There have been numerous sexual harassment incidents reported about them. There is a history of harassing both members and clients. They send unsolicited pics and even post revenge porn. There is a systematic problem in the culture and the company seems to just want sweep it under the rug.
