hey y'all. sorta back from hiatus.
this is a slightly lower effort post in an attempt to actually get content out there.

was on break for quite a while this time -- may be more active, but i dunno. when i say less effort, i mean i'm not spending multiple days or sessions editing the audios and such. this one's long, but i got it done in one sitting at the expense of a little bit of quality. hopefully still sound good enough.
