Summary: Four friends have come across documents from an old witches’ coven. While they don’t believe in the more outlandish parts about magic and demons, there was something in one of the stories that interested all of them. The witches terrified the surrounding townsfolk, and blackmailed them into giving up their most prized possessions. Silver cutlery, gold watches, and old coins were all kept by the coven in a small horde. Today, it would be worth a fortune, so the friends researched the clues found in the documents and decided that a local old, unhallowed graveyard was the most likely site for the treasure. They decided to steal it under cover of night on Halloween, when both the town and the local police would be distracted elsewhere.
