I will be the first to say that I led a very privileged life. It wasn't until I grew older that I begun to see that my fellow citizens loyalty to the Empire wasn't inspired by Pride so much as Fear.
Terrified, I tried my best to keep my nose clean but the reality is people will do almost anything to save their own skin. Anything.
After a while I was brought into the Rebellion after You (the Listener) found me as a captive during a raid on an Imperial Prison. I didn't appear worth bringing along for the rescue but You vouched for me.
I felt a bit out of place in the Resistance at first but I grew more comfortable over time. More like myself when I was younger; Playful, a little flirty, and wanting to help.
Especially with You.

This cute little romantic story was brainstormed with and written by my very good friend u/theycalledhimquiet about two adorkable rebels feeling restless before the Conflict starts. Whether this is a strictly fantasy, sci fi, or steampunk type of rebel scenario is completely up to you, the Listener!

I really enjoyed both the little vulnerable moments and the playful banter in this script, all in all very fun to perform!
