One thing about Greek mythology -- Zeus seems to have been a very horny god. He was constantly shape-shifting in order to have sex with someone!
One of the best-known tales of his sexual trickery is the story of Leda, wherein the King of the Gods transforms into a swan. This story has figured in great works of art for three millennia, no doubt because artists love the opportunity to sculpt a human and a swan in delicto flagrante. But another of their motivations is that the offspring of Leda and Zeus's encounter was Helen of Troy, said to be the most beautiful woman in the world, and the cause the Trojan War.
In this retelling of the classical tale, Leda is figured as a servant girl (the speaker), washing laundry in a pond when she is visited by a gorgeous bird.

There are a lot of sound effects in this script, but I think it would work just fine without any of them, so feel free to ignore any or all of them. At the same time, I love to do audio editing, so if you want help putting the effects into this story, I'd be happy to work with you to bring it to life. I include SFX recommendations at the end of the script.
