I was looking through the files on my PC and stumbled upon an image from Dorei to no Seikatsu, a Visual Novel I played some years ago.

It's a super wholesome headpat simulator, where you give an abandoned slave girl a chance at normality, and a home. The gameplay revolves around giving her headpats, having cute conversations with her, taking her out to the city so you can buy her clothes worthy of the princess she is, picking flowers, and trying new delicious desserts at the local cafe! That is unless you make the conscious decision to like rape her or something, then it becomes a game about steamy sex and brewing tea. Highly recommend checking it out, it should be dirt cheap after all this time.

This script is loosely based on a certain fanart, where the MC compliments her eyes so she ermmm gives him one as a gift. As such, it is pretty fucked up and not for the faint of heart. Proceed at your own peril.

The character is very devoted and pretty much treats the MC like a God, and the MC is very warm and compassionate; if that's something you can see yourself enjoy reading/performing, then please check out the script.

PS. Forgot to mention the most important thing: the source of her scars! For those of you wondering, Sylvie's first mistress enjoyed pouring acid all over her body and listening to her screams. Fortunately, since that was the only thing the mistress wanted from this particular slave, Sylvie was never raped or beaten. Or maybe the bitch just wanted to keep the resell value high? Who knows. Some years passed and the mistress got bored with Sylvie's voice, so she decided to sell her off to get at least some of her "investment" back. The slave trader who bought her with the intention to resell her again at the slave market so happened to have a serious health problem. With Sylvie in tow, he went to the house of one of the best doctors in town (that's MC) and got his problem fixed. Part grateful and part wanting to abuse the doctor's compassion, he offered him Sylvie at a "special" price, not forgetting to mention where he's headed and what fate is likely to befall her. The rest is headpats.
