I've got a strong desire for audios where the speaker insists on using titles throughout whatever interaction takes place. Bonus points for chastising (or punishing) the listener for slipping up and using names instead. It doesn't have to be a military setting, but that is what I had in mind, but not necessary. Something in fantasy / sci fi settings could also be fun, like different ranking officers on a starship or different ranking members of an order of knights / mages, whatever. Just titles only.
A recent (presently unfilled) script Local Sergeant Seeks Any Kind of God Damned Break by u/Choose_ToBe has almost exactly the dynamic that I'm talking about.
The focus can be on the listener and speaker having a rank discrepancy, so with a power balance / superior, or not, and just the sense of keeping things 'strictly professional' is the key. Preferably this means no L-bombs / overly affectionate terminology, although cocky or tongue-in-cheek behaviour is always welcome. Flips where the subordinate is the one in charge and mocks the boss are also very much nice, but I'm also still a sucker for a dominant pulling rank-- think along the lines of "That's an order, lieutenant".
Most military scripts I've seen have been F4 or M4F, so something by (and maybe for?) the lads would be appreciated.
