Basically the backstory for this is that a mother and son have been in a sexual relationship for a while. The main story of this suggestion is between two parts, the first part is the mother setting up a rape-play scenario over the phone and the second part being the aforementioned scenario playing out.

She starts out talking to her son on the phone about how happy she has been since they started their relationship and how she can't wait for him to come back for summer vacation. She brings up that she loves him more than she's ever loved anyone and how she wants to start a family and get pregnant by him. She starts teasing him over the phone about how hot it would be for him to fill the womb he came out of with his inbred baby. But Mommy has a little caveat for her son. If he wants to knock her up, he has to "force" her. Otherwise she's going to make him wear a condom.

Seeing that he's into it, she starts thinking of possible scenarios for them to play out. She starts talking about how she used to be such a good girl before she started craving her son's cock. The main difference is whether or not she stays in character after her son is done. Because if you go with the religious version, she comes to the unusual conclusion that according to the bible, she has to marry her son whether she wants to or not.
