I’ve been performing scripts for a while now, and I think it would be really hot to start writing them, too. One problem: my ideas suck. I just can’t seem to write anything that… comes from the heart, I guess. But you’re good at writing — how do you do it? Where do you get your ideas? Come on, run me through your process. I want to see where you get your inspiration. Maybe you could take your pants off and give me a little inspiration of my own…
A GWA performer turns to her friend, a script writer, for advice. She loves filling scripts, but she feels unfulfilled. She wants to start expressing herself more and exploring her own dirty mind. She’s decided to start writing scripts of her own, but… it’s not going well. She can’t seem to find inspiration. Her friend doesn’t have these problems, though. What’s his secret? Will she be able to overcome her writer’s block? What lengths will he have to go to in order to... inspire her?
Thanks for clicking! My last couple of scripts have been very dark and depressing, so I decided to try something much lighter and goofier as both a change of pace and a little love-letter to the community. Thank you all so much for your kind words and for making me feel welcome over the last couple of weeks – you guys rock!
Feedback is always welcome! Any interested performers are welcome to edit/improvise to their hearts’ content. In fact, this script offers many fun opportunities for ad-libbing – go wild with it!
