I wrote these scripts a few years back, and had a great time writing them. They ended up with some incredible performances being created from them. It was actually a case where I wrote the first one, and then it got filled. I think after listening to the audio made from it I sat down and was inspired to write the second one immediately.
They're written in kind of a pseudo-Russian accent, which just kind of happened in the first one but was deliberate by the time the second script was written. It's largely inspired by the black-marketeers in the days of the Soviet Union.
