Your girlfriend/wife/lover was in a horseback-riding accident, knocked out cold and in the hospital for days. When she wakes up, she doesn't remember you. She doesn't remember much of anything, actually.
So take free roam with this. I'd like it to start with her waking up for the first time since the accident, and you realizing she doesn't remember a thing. From there, go wild. Maybe you cry and implore her to remember you. Maybe you tell her the story of how you met. Whatever you wish.
