Here is a recording I made that was requested by a few people who were curious about playing with their ass, but unsure of how to do it. Basically, make sure your nails are short, trimmed and smoothed so you don't accidentally cut yourself. Go to the bathroom two hours or so before you start playing with yourself. Make sure to use plenty of lube, too much is far better than not enough. Take some time to relax yourself before you start, have a glass of wine or have some relaxing music on-hand.
