You go to a doctor's office so he can remove a ring you have stuck on your finger. Problem is, he and his twin brother find out you don't have enough money to pay for the procedure. In this audio -- Gio and Brio will come up with a different type of payment, where one of them gives you head while the other nibbles on your ear and whispers, giving you immense tingles.
I was inspired by KinkyShibby, I'm not gonna tag her 'cause I imagine she suffers lots of spam due to being internet famous. Lol but the credit goes to her and her amazing editing skills. She modulates her voice in such a peculiar way -- it gives me tingles, and I tried to emulate that
