Living with a hellhound comes with its ups and downs. Sheâs always around you. If her paw isnât gripping your arm then her tail is wrapped around your leg. She is always the first person to pick up on any out of place noises no matter how small they are. You havenât had any appliances break down because sheâs always heard the signs. That being said youâve never felt safer considering no one would dare break into your home with her around and if they did they probably wouldnât be walking out in one piece.
The one biggest issue that you have, however, is that while she cares for you in an affectionate way and is very careful with you physically, youâve noticed that she doesnât always take human mental health into account. Some days it takes a lot of convincing to avoid being ambushed and you always have to make up those days later.
Recently youâve been having a rough time. Youâre able to work from home and youâve kept up with most of your friends online. However, theyâve started to move on with their life. Some of them were snatched up by monster girls and other ones became career oriented making the time youâre able to spend with them shorter and shorter.
Around this time, youâve noticed that your hellhound wife was being less grabby than usual. One day she calls you into your room, which is strange because she usually grabs you and throws you over her shoulder. She pats the spot on the bed in front of her and you nervously sit down facing away from her. She quickly pulls you against her chest her fluffy arms warm against you. What she says next almost brings you to tears.
âYouâve been having a rough time recently, baby, would you like to talk about it?â
