I saw this really cute script from u/SapphireHibiscus and thought I'd give it a whirl. I ended up changing a few words but not on purpose, I just kinda read it wrong in the moment. If I sound extra tired at the beginning, that's because I did jumping jacks until I couldn't, right before. Call me a method actor 💁‍♂️

Mixing might be a bit off, and I probably could've spoken a bit more clearly. I'm not used to my mic picking up so much on the low end. Also, turns out the walls in my closet are a lot thinner than I initially thought. TIL.

Speaker: Running for what feels like your life, the listener drags your ass into a small closet for the two of you to hide in. When the fear slowly fades the close proximity is the next thing that receives your attention. You didn’t have time to think about your feelings for her before, but now that the immediate threat is walking away your brain is desperately looking for a distraction and her body pressed against yours is working a bit too well.

Listener: As you’re getting chased you find a great hiding spot for you and the speaker. Without a second to waste you shove the two of you into the closet behind a secret door and wait for a chance to escape properly.
