Really struggling to keep myself into this game

I’ve started recently, about a month ago, recently drives been going great irons ok
This weekend played twice, can’t hit a drive, top it slice it or hit it along the ground, my irons go where ever the fuck they want, like embarrassing bad.
Doesn’t help that my sitting here watching my 9 month pregnant girl friend landing balls on the green (and she’s never golfed before)
Don’t get me wrong I don’t expect to be good so soon, but I’ve gone so far back that it’s insane
