For whatever reason the stars aligned today and I broke 90 on my home course (very difficult Donald Ross design). Miraculously had 10 pars and despite a triple bogey with an OB drive on 18 managed to post an 86. Saw a lot of fellow redditors stories in here with there big achievements so I figured I’d share mine. Started the summer as a 100 level golfer and my goal was to go sub-90. Hit 90, 3 different times this summer but finally managed to hit my goal! Another round at 11:30 tomorrow, is it too soon to set my goal for sub-80?

Edit Well everything is back to normal... shot a 94 today with 2 8s on the back. One of the eights came from launching my drive onto some nearby train tracks... oops
