Beginner female clubs recommendation (Iām very short)

Hi!
I want to buy my first set of beginner clubs but have no idea what to get. Iām a 5ā 2ā girl and also living temporarily in Europe at the moment, so it also needs to be available to be bought here.
I was looking at some 1/2 sets to see if I can start with that first, but curious if I should just go ahead and buy a full set.
There is a chance I may not want to travel back to the states with them, so open to more budget friendly ideas as well.
