Any other breastfeeding people struggling with lactating while playing? I'm currently about a 2 handicap and I'm starting to play weekly again, but it's embarrassing playing with other people and realizing I'm leaking. I'm currently wearing nursing pads, but any other suggestions? We're really at the end of nursing, but I'm interested in suggestions.
And to be clear, it isn't because of timing of feeds, it's because my arms are brushing against my chest.
