Dear St Andrews Links Trust,

Thank you for your kind apology, and your offer of assistance. I’m afraid the trauma of receiving multiple emails has left me with pain and disorientation in my hectic life. These feelings are only compounded by my failure to be drawn in the advance tee time ballot. This may cause years of expensive work with my therapist, and may still leave me scarred after that. I believe that I have cause for a lawsuit that may be expensive for both sides.

Fortunately, there is a cheaper and better solution available: Playing the Old Course will make my multiple email problems go away—problems that you created with your negligent email blasting. Please give me a confirmed tee time on the Old Course for this June, and all will be resolved.
