I bought my 425 max drive at the end of December 2023 from golf galaxy and it was great for about 4 rounds of golf. Went to the range last week and the club felt funny sounded funny and the ball acted funny off the cub face. That’s when I noticed the weight was gone and part of the screw was inside the club. After some digging it looks like it’s a know problem. I talked to ping they confirm it’s an issue and for me to go to where I bought it and they will ship it for me. The limited interaction with ping so far has been positive. Since the club is so new I hope they just replace it, but since it’s an older model not sure if they will have replacements. 🤞🤞🤞I don’t get screwed by ping (pun intended)
