Looking to stay in form over the winter.

Rather than taking the winter off as I usually do, I am considering joining an indoor league, specifically at Golf Lounge 18 which has a handful of locations in the Northeast US.
If not familiar with Golf Lounge 18, they use TrackMan 4 Dual Radar Technology. Is this a decent option to stay somewhere close to mid-season form during the off season? I should note that I am a divot taker and typically hate hitting off mats but looking for something to keep me loose for 5 months.
