Space and land is not the problem with housing in America. Government housing development has always proven to be disastrous but it’s the only way this housing shortage gets fixed.
Everyone keeps standing around looking at developers and builders saying…fix it..
And every time any private agency tries to come up with an economical viable way to solve the problem government throughs so much bullshit red tape in front of the issue that nothing happens.
This fucking moronic tweet would be a lot more interesting if he laid out some numbers on the building and who was paying for it and how much if would cost. Even if the land was free.
