How to stay flexible during multi-days championships?

Hi, I've been struggling in multi-days championships, when it easily takes 4:30-5h a round, feeling soreness in my back. Issue is, I feel it then in my swing, I don't feel as free the more time passes. I'm getting coached lately at the gym going to the gym around 3 times a week, that helped a bit, but the issue is still there. Does any guys who are used to these kind of settings have any advices? Thanks
