Hi. My regular course has a slope rating of 115. However I've recently gone to Portugal and played what I thought was some of the best golf of my life on a course rated 128 but shot about 15 shots more than I normally would. I've read a few articles, some of which contradict each other. For a bogey golfer, should this difference in score be expected?
